My journey began as a U.S. Army officer and NCAA athlete, where I learned the discipline of showing up, the value of resilience, and the importance of leading with both clarity and purpose. Those experiences shaped how I think about growth—not as a straight path, but as something earned through challenge, reflection, and intentional action.

I wanted to understand what drives not just high performance, but real alignment and momentum in people’s careers. That question led me to business school—and ultimately, to launching an executive search firm focused on connecting individuals and organizations with greater intention.

From corporate boardrooms to fast-moving startups—I’ve noticed a common pattern: we often move quickly toward the goals we’re supposed to want, without pausing to reflect on whether it’s truly right for us.
